We want to apologise to any customers whose orders were significantly delayed this evening or didn’t arrive at the standard you expect from Shakers.

We received an unexpected surge of 62 orders in a very short period while operating with fewer staff than needed. Although the team worked incredibly hard to manage the delays and keep every order fresh and hot, we know that some orders fell below our usual standard—and we take responsibility for that.

If your order was affected, please message us directly with your order number and details. We’ll arrange a discount for your next order.

We had the lovely Vikki Hutchinson-Briars visit Shakers today for our 1st birthday weekend, and she surprised us with this card! 🥹

When you’re running a small independent business, little gestures like this genuinely mean so much. We’ve put everything into Shakers over this first year, so having someone take the time to bring us a birthday card was such a lovely surprise. ❤️
