The Lower Gardens have 3 permanent kiosks and a seasonal café providing refreshments for the estimated 2 ½ million visitors per year. Here, we encourage operators who can provide an alternative to the traditional ‘seaside food’ experience: previous operators have served up food such as omelettes, falafel, fresh fish, and strawberries and cream.
