CHEFS SPECIAL - SRIRACHA EGGS

This week, Vince is on the protein. But long gone are his days of a “couple fried eggs on toast”. Vince has added a spicy twist that’s really brought this dish out of its shell…

2 eggs are fried in a sriracha sauce then laid to rest on a slice of bakehouse24 sourdough. To finish he sprinkles pickled shallots and a drizzle of chilli oil.

The Cajun chicken sandwich - homemade red pepper pesto, red onion chutney, cheddar cheese, salad and crispy streaky bacon served on a toasted ciabatta

CHEFS SPECIAL - FRENCH TOAST

Thiago has a sweet tooth this week, and he’s been whipping up these sweet sensations.

Our French Toast comes two ways:

For the sweet and savoury fiends, we smother the French toast in whipped maple butter, add 2 rashers of streaky bacon and finish with a generous drizzle of maple syrup.

For those of you with a fruity affliction, we make a mess, Eton style. We mix berry compote with chantilly cream, and crumbled meringue, then finish with a handful of summer berries.

CHEFS SPECIAL - SWEET POTATO HASH

This is our Chef, Vince’s favourite dish right now.

An evolution of the favourite Potato Rosti, the Sweet Potato Hash steps it up a couple notches.

A mouth watering sweet potato and spring onion base is layered with grilled halloumi, roasted cherry tomatoes, a scoop of fresh avo, 2 poached eggs, wild garlic pesto and our signature roasted pumpkin seeds.

Vince likes his with a handful of Chorizo and we couldn’t agree more.
