I keep getting asked who supplies our bread… the answer is: us! 👨‍🍳🥖

Everything we sell is made fresh in-house — from the croissants and sausage rolls to the brownies and, of course, the bread.

We don’t buy in finished products. We start with quality ingredients and turn them into the treats you know and love

We now have beautiful sourdough baguettes for sale

Made and baked in-house Tuesday - Saturday, using only flour, salt and water. Fresh out the oven at 7am.

We will have a stall selling our delicious goods and will also be taking the stage at 3pm showing you how to make our savoury muffins!!

Almond Croissants Now Available

When we started out as a pop-up we were in Parlourmentary and the owner had a nut allergy so as to not accidentally kill him in his our business we didn’t use nuts in any of our bakes.

When I opened Wild & Ginger I chose to carry on not using nuts. I enjoyed the challenge of finding replacement ingredients that tasted just as yummy. But I never managed to find a solution for the almond croissant and we get requests all the time… so from today we are starting to use nuts!!

We have another surprise in store next month too…

Wild & Gingers Christmas opening times!!

We will be taking a little break from 27th until New Year’s Day so all the team can spend time with family and loved ones (so they’ll be fed up with family and loved ones and want to see your faces in Jan to moan about them with you)…
