This was amazing to do! I had so much notice, I could plan, design, make, print as much as I needed to make this cake. A surprise holiday to New York, for a birthday treat, along with party and cake, how lucky is he? What an awesome wife! Aside from the trainers (sourced especially and come in their own display box 😍) everything on this marvellous creation is edible, if you could bring yourself to eat it!

Just a small (by my standards!) cake I rustled up for a friend, and I tried something different inside. I made this with lots of thin layers, sandwiched with milk chocolate fudge ganache. Defo a hit, so if you fancy a many-layer cake, just say so! Different flavours available 😋

This beauty was bigger than it seems. And it weighed a ton and a half!! Due to my foot, I was unable to deliver and it had to be picked up by a 3rd party and delivered to the boat! 😅 thankfully, it made it in one piece and went down a treat with the couple ❤️
They opted for carrot cake with vanilla, and salted caramel with caramel sauce and buttercream filling 🤤
