Join us at 9am for a hot, freshly cooked breakfast to brighten your Tuesday.

Everyone is welcome — the breakfast is free, with tea or coffee for just 50p ☕

Free NHS Health Checks – Take a moment for you while you’ll visiting the Fridge Project this Tuesday 9 June.

Life’s busy, and it’s easy to put your health last but your NHS Health Check is a simple way to look after yourself for the future.

If you’re aged 40–74, you may be entitled to a FREE NHS Health Check.
It only takes about 20 minutes and could help spot early signs of diabetes, heart disease, kidney problems or stroke.

Healthy Start Scheme, Support for Families in Townsend

If you’re over 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4 and you’re on a low income or qualifying benefit, you may be able to get weekly support through the Healthy Start Scheme.

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a Healthy Start card, which you can use to buy:

🥦 Vegetables
🍎 Fruit
🥛 Milk
🍼 Infant formula
🥫 Pulses

You can also use your card to collect free Healthy Start vitamins, as well as vitamin drops for babies and young children.
