When we opened Koi Sakana, we always imagined one day bbqing outdoors and shucking oysters in the sunshine. This summer, that idea becomes a reality.

From Saturday 20th June we’ll be taking over Tonic Terrace every Friday & Saturday from 12pm (weather permitting).

Expect freshly shucked oysters, charcoal grilled fish and seafood specials, served until we sell out.

We’ll still be open as normal at 1 The Triangle from 6pm in the evenings so you can enjoy Koi Sakana day or night.

Three years ago today we got the keys to No. 1 The Triangle and what a three years it’s been.

It’s more than just a Seafood and Oyster Bar, to us it’s our dream. Days like today remind us how far we’ve come, from doing the place up ourselves and serving our very first customers to where we are now.

We’ve created a hub for our family, friends and locals. Old friendships have been rekindled, new ones have been made and there have been countless laughs and memories.

We’ve hosted weddings, birthdays, date nights, mate nights, networking events and everything in between. But Koi wouldn’t be what it is without every single one of you who comes in and supports us and for that, we’ll forever be grateful. Love Charlotte & Daniel ❤️
