Sitting in my garden this summer thinking up new cakes that don't melt in the heatwave. What was I thinking putting banana bread on the menu knowing that lockdown already set the bar so high!
Who knew this banana bread was going to be such a hit. Now available as a whole loaf cake on the website.
Packed with dark chocolate chunks, dash of lime, cinnamon and topped with pistachio. What a beautiful gift too!
Imagine a generous slice warmed and served with creme fraiche or ice-cream 😳
