Hello to our Saucy customers. Regrettably, due to the economy we have made the very difficult decision not to re-open for now. The brand will remain alive , and we hope to be back stronger than ever one day. Until then, thank you to all of our customers that supported , loved and spread the name of Saucy. We hope to cook for you all again soon

We are currently closed for a much needed rest and to find the time to make some improvements. We will be back open as usual on 27th April, re energised and ready to serve up Bournemouth's best burgers. See you soon.

Just wanted to thank everyone who came to our initial Burger Beer and Beats night on Saturday!

We were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people that turned up so thank you so much for all of your support!

It was a great acid test for us and we’ve picked up on a few things that can be improved but one thing we don’t have to worry about, was the quality of the food with everyone saying how good it was!!!
