✨NEW MENU THIS WEEK✨

We’re having a huge stock up of fresh meals at Dawson’s this Thursday in time for the weekend with a COMPLETELY NEW MENU!!

It probably makes more business sense to cook the same things week after week-but where’s the fun in that?? We get bored cooking the same thing and you get bored eating it…

So if you’ve tried and enjoyed our meals previously, come and try our new dishes and let us know what you think! We’ve got some traditional favourites on there as well as a couple that are a bit different. Available this THURSDAY from 10am exclusively at H Dawson and sons Butchers in Boston.

✨ Exciting new dish on this week’s Dine at Home menu!!✨

Introducing 8 Hour Braised Pulled Ox Cheek Birria….a spicy, smoky, Mexican inspired braised dish with 5 types of traditional chilli and topped with lightly pickled red onions. This is perfect in tacos or fajitas or over rice with some guacamole, fresh lime and salsa or it even seems to be popular all over instagram as the base for a delicious ramen-just add noodles and a soft boiled egg.

It’s up to you how you eat yours, but think it’s gunna be popular 🤤🤤🤤

Meals arriving this week TOMORROW at 10am, and the same time every Thursday thereafter. Get down to H Dawson and sons Butchers whilst they’ve still got stock 😊

Don’t forget Juliet’s also does private catering and cheffing in your own home….

People always imagine having a private chef would be very expensive, but by the time you’ve saved on babysitters, wine and taxis, it can actually work out a lot more cost effective than going out to eat, and a novel way to celebrate a special occasion. Plus, you don’t have to leave the house if it’s raining… 🤢

When I come in, I’ll design a menu specifically for you, shop, cook, serve and tidy up afterwards leaving your kitchen immaculate and leftovers in your fridge. Please do contact me on 07737549720 if you’d like more information.

✨Sausages incoming!!!✨

This week, Dawsons asked if we could do something with their sausage-and with an offer like that, how could we refuse!

So we’ve replaced our balls with sausages and introduced our Creole style Dawsons sausage gumbo-perfect, stress free comfort food for this miserable weather 🌧️

Meals are only £9.95 and will serve two with sides, much cheaper and healthier than a takeaway and all freshly made with local seasonal produce. Available this FRIDAY from 10am at H Dawson and sons Butchers and then every THURSDAY thereafter so there’s plenty of time to stock up for the weekend. And remember, all our meals are freezable 😃

Production kitchen last night!

Just a reminder that Juliet’s Dine at Home range is back in Dawson’s from 10am this morning. Meals are freshly made using top quality Dawson’s meat, and they’re all freezable, so pop in and stock up 😊

Main meals all just £10.95 for a two person meal.

🎆✨Yay!! My dine at home range is back and will be ready just in time for fireworks weekend! There are some lovely Autumn warmers on the menu-perfect for a bonfire night get-together or just a stress free evening at home without having to worry about cooking! ✨🎆

These will be available from 10am on FRIDAY 3rd November exclusively at Dawson’s Butchers in Boston. Meals will feed two people with sides and cost £9.95. Sides from £2.95.

Please do pre-order in advance if there’s something you’d really like as these did sell out quickly last time-you can do that by messaging me or popping into the shop. And do let me know if you have any special dietary requirements and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Thanks for your patience whilst I got this sorted, so excited to be back on track 😁👩‍🍳

Didn’t want to jinx it but was very excited to be in the final of the Lincolnshire Food and Farming Awards Chef of the Year category today

What an incredible day, thought I was gunna be too nervous to enjoy it but actually was really fun and inspiring, and great to be amongst the county’s finest chefs all doing what we love and celebrating some of Lincolnshire’s amazing produce. Really need to practice my crossed armed chef pose though. 👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳

Gah! So I’m sorry for the radio silence those who have placed pre orders with me for this week… we’ve encountered a slight teething problem… namely that EHO do not like me making food at mine to be sold at a different premises… this now means I have to have approval as a ‘food manufacturer’. This is just a technicality to be sorted out, but annoyingly will take a couple of weeks which is SUUUUUPER frustrating 😭, but obviously don’t want to run the risk of getting fined or god forbid mislabelling something and someone getting hurt etc. So please bear with us for a couple of weeks, will keep you updated and be back up and running ASAP! 🍜🍝🌮🍛
