A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us during our first week. Whether you’re one of our loyal regulars, a local neighbour or visiting the area, your kindness and encouragement have made this new chapter so special.

The doors are open… and so is a new chapter for Urban Reef 🌊☀️

Our terrace glass doors are finally fixed and fully open, bringing the sea, the fresh air and those incredible coastal views right into the restaurant.

Just in time for the Summer Solstice, it feels like the perfect moment to welcome a fresh season at Urban Reef.

And this is only the beginning…

New food, new drinks, new experiences and plenty of exciting changes are on the way. We can’t wait to share them with you.

Come and enjoy the view, soak up the sunshine and celebrate the start of summer with us.

HOSPITALITY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

We hope we are your favourite spot, but even if it's elsewhere, we are sure that you are feeling the pinch that all of your favourite local places to go are feeling!
We have been there for first dates, proposals, weddings and even your weekly catch up. But times are getting tough. We are feeling the pinch, and so must you?
When our charges increase, we take the hit as much as we can, but occasionally, this will be reflected in prices!
All of the crazy price increases are hitting the local hospitality sector hard, and places are closing as a result. We don't want to close our doors!
Take all of 30 seconds (even this technophobe managed it!!)
It's a shame because all we want to do, is bring amazing experiences when you make the choice to dine out.

WE ARE STILL OPEN, and as always ready to see all you lovely people that come down to see us!
Google, browsers and our website seem to be having a whoopsie moment, but rest assured we are still open, and will be for the foreseeable.

A huge welcome to our new neighbours The Saltwater Sauna

From communal sauna sessions and guided rituals to cold water therapy and relaxing by the sea, this beautiful new space has been created to bring people together, slow down, switch off and enjoy everything our coastline has to offer.

You can really see how much love, care and hard work has gone into bringing this project to life. The new Boscombe Sauna House looks incredible and feels so warm and welcoming already.
It’s genuinely lovely to see passionate local businesses continuing to invest in Boscombe and create something so positive for the community, the seafront and Bournemouth as a whole. Please show them some love and support as they open their doors on 9th May.
