Polite notice incoming.... Mainly on the basis I've been asked not to say W....er, Entitled ..at or Ar..hole....

Its been a long, hard season, now I am slightly biased but I think we have the best team that money, free lunches and drinks can buy, but....

Whilst our absolute priority is making sure you have a great experience with us. If we fall short, we will always do everything humanly possible to put it right, including issuing a full refund.

However, we do have a line. Once an issue has been fully resolved and refunded, we expect our team to be treated with standard human decency. Trying to belittle our team and making additional demands doesn't sit well with us...

Mistakes happen, but a full resolution should not be followed by ongoing hostility or entitlement. We work incredibly hard to support our customers, and we ask for the same courtesy in return. If this is beyond you, then quite simply please go somewhere else.
