This cake was extra special. 🤍

It was such an honour to create my niece’s wedding cake and to be trusted with such an important part of her day.

For this beautiful Scottish country wedding, every tier was chosen to reflect the couple’s favourite flavours:

🥕 Bottom: Carrot & walnut cake with cream cheese frosting
🍓 Middle: Classic Victoria sponge with strawberry jam
💚Top: Pistachio cake

Finished with delicate pressed edible flowers, carefully selected by the bride, creating a timeless, romantic design that perfectly complemented the day.

Congratulations to my beautiful niece .dougall and her new husband. Thank you for letting me be part of such a wonderful day. ❤️

A special cake to celebrate a Diamond Wedding Anniversary 💎🤍

This elegant buttercream cake was created to mark an incredible 60 years of marriage, finished with fresh flowers and a personalised topper for the occasion. ✨

To match the celebration, I also made personalised butter biscuits as favours for the guests, each individually wrapped with a custom label to mark the special milestone. 🤍

It was a pleasure to make these for my in-laws and help celebrate such a memorable occasion. Wishing Graham & Jane a very Happy 60th Wedding Anniversary! 🥂💍

Another dreamy 3-tier wedding cake for another very special friend 💍🤍✨

Flavours from bottom to top: all things caramel, toffee & fudge 🤎, raspberry & white chocolate ❤️, and Biscoff on top 🤍 all displayed on a gorgeous matching handmade sign🥰

And because apparently being a baker wasn’t enough… I also ventured (very unofficially 😂🌸) into floristry, creating the faux flower centrepieces, cake decoration and bridal bouquet too — safe to say this wedding unlocked some new skills!🤓

Such a joy to be trusted with so many special details for such a beautiful day filled with love 🥂💕

I had the absolute joy of making this 3-tier wedding cake for my friends’ special day 💍✨

Flavours from top to bottom: gluten free classic Victoria Sandwich, Pistachio & White Chocolate with raspberry gel, and Kinder Bueno witch black cherry gel ✨ Plus a crispy surprise feuilletine layer hidden inside for a little extra texture and indulgence 🤍 Finished with soft blush florals for a beautiful dreamy look🥰

40 & extra in every way ✨

I couldn’t let my own milestone pass without creating something a little bit special… so here she is — my 40th birthday cake 💕

Covered in hundreds of delicate wafer paper strips and topped with 40 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (because why not! 😍), this cake was all about texture, indulgence and celebrating properly.

Inside is just as dreamy:
✨ Vanilla & chocolate sponge
✨ Russian buttercream
✨ Crispy hazelnut chocolate layer
✨ Cherry mousse for that perfect fruity balance

Every layer was designed to be rich, indulgent and completely worth it for a big birthday like this.

Back in the kitchen… with a little helper nearby 💕

This cake feels extra special because it’s the first one I’ve made since welcoming my baby girl into the world. Life looks a little different these days (and a lot more beautiful), but it felt so lovely to be back doing something I love.

This one was for a very special person my good friend’s 40th birthday! Creating a surprise cake to celebrate such a big milestone made my first bake back even more meaningful.

Thank you to my amazing friends and clients for being so patient while I’ve been in my newborn bubble. Slowly but surely I’m finding my rhythm again, and I’m excited to share more cakes with you all 🤍

A cake made with so much love 💕

This was the cake I created for my baby shower while waiting to meet our little girl. Designing it felt so special knowing she would soon be here.

From planning the details to celebrating with family and friends, it was such a beautiful day filled with excitement, love, and lots of cake of course! 🎂

Now that she’s here, it makes this cake even more meaningful looking back.

Slowly but surely I’m getting back into baking and I can’t wait to share more creations with you all again 🩷🥰

A little life update 💕

You may have noticed things have been quiet here for a while. I took some time away from baking to focus on something very special… growing my little baby! 🤍

After months of pregnancy, welcoming my beautiful baby girl, and soaking up those precious newborn moments, I’m slowly finding my way back into the kitchen again.

Baking has always been my creative outlet and my passion, so I’m excited to start sharing cakes with you again including a few very special ones I made for my own celebrations.

First up… the cake that revealed the sweetest surprise of all 🎀
