I know I am behind with cakes of the week but I couldn’t wait to share the professional photos of a couple of recent wedding cakes.

The first was at Dalhousie castle and showcases the wording of a children’s book that the groom wrote for the bride. How romantic

The second was a Beautiful cake featuring the couples dog and delivered to the Scotsman Hotel. I hadn’t managed to get my own picture of the cake which can happen sometimes with weddings if the cake is not being displayed straightaway so really appreciate Nicky sending the picture over 💗

🎂 ai cake inspiration 🎂

I understand why people are using ai to generate images of cakes that they would like and I am happy to include elements but can we all please remember some elements and the finish on them can be impossible to recreate.

The detail of these cakes is very intricate and also costly to you if you want to include all details. I don’t make people figures anymore it’s just not worth the stress and time.

As always I will be honest about what I can, can’t and do not want to do 🤣. I do have a style and will try to keep making all cakes in my style of decoration

Long story short please send your inspo but don’t expect miracles 💗
