Prawn & lobster Bloody Mary cocktail to start.

Then The Nags Italian Meatballs — rich tomato & basil sauce, fresh egg tagliatelle and plenty of Parmesan.

The Show runs today and tomorrow — Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th August — at the County Showground, Withybush, Haverfordwest, SA62 4BW.

There are still Perseids overhead. The nights are drawing in. And before August is out, there’s a lunar eclipse on its way.

Out here, away from the glare of towns and cities, darkness still gets properly dark.

So have dinner. Have another. Stay the night.
