The Marco Players AGM will take place on Friday 21st August 2026, from 7:30pm. We will be following this up with a Quiz to round off the evening as well as a toast to our old home and the memories we made there with many years of productions!

Venue: Doffcocker Inn (Upstairs Function Room), 780 Chorley Old Road, Bolton, BL1 5QD.

Election of officers
The following committee members were elected to their posts at the 2024 AGM for a 2-year term, and so their posts are now at the end of their term for election this year.

*Co-opted onto the committee during the 2-year term

Therefore, the following committee posts are up for election at this year’s AGM, for a 2-year term: Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, 6 Additional Committee Members

If more than 1 nomination is received for any available post, a secret ballot will be held for those positions. Deadline for nominations must be received by midnight, Friday, 14th August 2026
