💙 Meet the Team Monday 💙

This week, we’re introducing you to Salvatore — someone who has been part of Nick’s story for many years.

Sal first worked alongside Nick when he was just 16 years old, and although their working paths haven’t always been continuous, they’ve shared an incredible 35 years of friendship, food and memories along the way 🍽️🧑‍🍳🤍

With his Sicilian roots, Sal’s favourite things to cook are Italian food, pasta and fish, with his love of cooking inspired by his mum and his brother, who was his mentor🇮🇹🍝

Sal’s death row meal would be his Mum’s pasta with Sunday Sauce, Chicken Milanese & a tomato and onion salad!

From starting out together at 16 to still sharing a kitchen all these years later — some partnerships really do stand the test of time 💙
