Are you a veteran looking for support into employment and civilian life?

Lifeworks and Crimsham Farm CIC are working together to deliver a free 12-month programme designed to help you build confidence, develop new skills, and connect with others.

The programme begins with a 4-day residential course (27–30 July 2026), set on a peaceful, veteran-led 4-acre farm - the perfect environment to reset, refocus, and move forward.

Throughout the programme, you’ll receive support to:
• Build confidence and overcome change
• Set realistic, achievable goals
• Develop your CV and career direction
• Understand the hidden job market
• Improve your interview skills

You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in outdoor activities such as bushcraft, archery, axe throwing and more - all designed to support wellbeing through connection, nature and shared experience.

We had the most awe inspiring visit to the home of one of the largest nationwide veterans charities on Friday. The day was held to discuss and finalise a collaboration between Op Endex and the charity and was a roaring success, so, please keep your eyes peeled for a huge announcement coming soon.

With that in mind, any Hampshire or West Sussex veterans who are struggling to find work, need support in employment skills, are homeless or facing adverse conditions, please get in touch with us as we may just have the package of support and help you are looking for to get back on your feet, if you are supporting any veterans who are struggling, please feel free to reach out on their behalf or put them in touch with us!

This weekends breakfast club is on, sunshine is also on the menu, if you have any questions or would like to know more, why not come along 9-12 Saturday morning and find out.

This year is truly going to be a landmark for us here at Op Endex, we would love to see as many of you as possible be a part of this journey as we grow and develop our services for Veterans in not just our community, but across the country!
