Not baked very much for over two years, I was in agony and in desperate need for a hip replacement, that was done in October and now I’m back, first proper cake, one of my granddaughters has requested a flamingo cake, I’m surprising her with flamingo pink sponge too. So happy to be back baking 🧁🎂😊
