It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we have to share the news that The Olive Tree has closed with immediate effect.
This has been one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. What started as a dream grew into something far bigger than a business. For me personally, being able to work alongside my sons throughout this journey has been something I will always be proud of and grateful for.
To our staff, you were never just a team. Over time, you became more like family. We shared long hours, challenges, laughter and so many memories, and we cannot thank you enough for the dedication, care and heart you gave every single day.
To every customer who walked through our doors, celebrated milestones with us, popped in for a meal or simply supported us by choosing us, thank you. Your kindness, loyalty and encouragement meant more to us than we can ever put into words.
Like so many hospitality businesses right now, the ongoing and incredibly challenging trading conditions have made it impossible for us to continue. We are heartbroken to be another business affected in this way.
We have instructed Begbies Traynor to manage the formal closure of the company.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of The Olive Tree’s journey. The memories, the people and the love will stay with us forever.
