On Monday 8th June the tearoom will not be opening until 11am. This is due to important floor maintenance.

🌿 Walled Gardens of Wallingford tickets are now available! 🌿

We are delighted to be back at the Walled Gardens of Wallingford this year. If you would like to view the gardens including 6 new ones you must purchase tickets in advance as you will not be able to buy them on the day. You can do this online using the link below or in person at Root One, KP Wallingford or the Corn Exchange Wallingford.

If you buy tickets in person you will be given a wristband that you must wear on the day. If you purchase tickets online you will be sent a QR code by email. These QR codes must be exchanged for a wristband at one of three hubs which will be open from 11.30am on the day of the event, in time for the gardens opening at 1pm. No entry to the gardens will be permitted without these wristbands.

Have you been inspired by the runners at the London Marathon yesterday? We have a charity space available in the 2027 London Marathon and we’re looking for someone to take on this incredible challenge 🏅

If you are motivated, committed and willing to raise a minimum of £2,500 for Style Acre - we’d love to hear from you.

We also have charity spaces available for the 2026 Oxford Half Marathon which takes place on October 11th. General spaces for this are sold out. There is a registration fee of £25 and we ask runners to commit to raising £200.

Today is National Tea Day which celebrates our traditional fondness for a cup of tea! We drink lots of tea together across Style Acre houses, hubs and social enterprises. We also brew lots of lovely tea for customers at the Style Acre Tea Room located in the grounds of Savages Blewbury.

People we support have been offering tea to customers through their work and volunteering placements at our Tea Room in Blewbury since 2010.

As well as tea, the Tea Room serves a range of hot and cold drinks and tasty breakfasts and lunches. Delicious cakes are baked by people we support on site or at our Didcot community hub.

Drop in soon for drink, snack or meal and you will be supporting these vital work opportunities for people with learning disabilities. The Tea Room team look forward to seeing you, they have our best china cups at the ready!

We are very pleased to share that Style Acre is one of the supported charities at Waitrose Wallingford as part of the Community Matters Green Token Scheme.

Please support Style Acre by dropping your green token into our box after shopping in store, you can vote for us each time you shop until the end of June. The charity with the most tokens receives £1,500, while the second and third receive £1,000 and £500 respectively.

Your support will help us buy recycled, environmentally friendly raised beds and kitchen equipment to support gardening and cooking sessions at our Wallingford community hub.

Through our work programme people we support are able to access training opportunities and we are delighted to celebrate the achievements of those who have recently completed their Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification to support their work at the Tea Room, baking groups and at Francis Curtis Court community cafe.

A huge well done to everyone, we are so proud of you all!

Thank you to all the funders that make the work programme possible including The National Lottery Community Fund.
