A Heartfelt Message from Our Family to Yours ❤️🍕
Today was an incredibly busy day at our little pizza shop — and while we’re so grateful for the overwhelming support, we also want to say we’re truly sorry.
As a small, family-run business, we did our best to keep up, but the demand was higher than we could handle. Unfortunately, this meant that some orders were delayed, and some even had to be cancelled. We know how frustrating and disappointing that can be, and we can’t apologize enough.
Please believe us when we say we’re working hard to improve, learn from today, and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Every order matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right moving forward.
If possible, we kindly ask you to pre-order ahead on weekends, which really helps us prepare and serve you better.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We’re growing through moments like this, and we’re always grateful to have such a supportive community behind us.
