We know we’ve mentioned it before but we are super proud of our North East roots. Therefore, we were delighted to be involved in the "Taste of Gateshead" series showcasing highly rated food and drink businesses based in our region.
We had a lot of fun working with the creative team for this promo and hopefully kept them sufficiently fuelled with ice cream and desserts!

We’d like to apologise for neglecting our social media channels over the last few months. Whilst focusing on stabilising our business in the aftermath of the pandemic, we have taken our eye off the ball with regards to home delivery and we are wholeheartedly sorry about it. We are hugely grateful to everyone who has supported us during the last 19 months. We will be looking to improve our home delivery service in the near future once have the relevant manpower to assist!

In the meantime, we have resurrected our popular afternoon treat box offering for the upcoming Halloween celebrations!
This spooktacular afternoon treat box is available to order tonight, just in time for any planned Halloween parties. Our team will be creating 50 boxes of these limited-edition goodies ready for collection before the weekend.

Our latest offering provides an abundance of ghoulish goodies and terrifyingly tasty treats all for £16.95. The 22 piece kit includes 20 frighteningly fabulous mini morsels plus a mini pot of clotted cream and a mini jar of jam.

Due to logistical issues, these Halloween Treat Boxes are only available to collect from our factory in Blaydon. As with all our products, they will be stored frozen and can be defrosted within 3-4 hours ready for consumption.

Hello everyone!

We are making some changes to our home delivery service to hopefully improve efficiency whilst keeping customer service a priority.

With that in mind, we are changing to a 2 day weekly delivery schedule with deliveries on a Thursday and a Friday.

Week commencing 2nd August will see our new changes implemented whereby:
Week 1 will see deliveries South of the Tyne (Red dates on the calendar) on Thursday and North of the Tyne (Blue dates on the calendar) on Friday.
Week 2 will see deliveries North of the Tyne on Thursday and South of the Tyne on Friday.

Collections will still be available Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.

We would like to thank you all for your unwavering support during the last 16 months. The feedback from our local community has been fantastic and we are hugely appreciative for all the kind words, shares, likes and pictures of you enjoying our desserts! 😊

As all of our products are delivered frozen, they can be popped in the freezer and then defrosted within a couple of hours on your chosen date (instructions are included).

Please check the delivery schedule for week commencing 16th June as we will be delivering in the South of the Tyne area on Saturday 19th June.

Collections are also available Monday to Friday and can be picked up at your convenience via a pre-selected timeslot (between 9am and 5pm). Each collection order automatically receives 10% discount and there is no minimum order value.

With temperatures set to rise considerably in the next few days, who’s planning on making the most of the Bank Holiday weekend?
We believe ice cream is happiness condensed so why not take advantage of the rare appearance of sunshine with some of our frozen treats?
If you’re celebrating the 3 day weekend with family and friends, we can take the stress out of any dessert dilemmas. We still have ample delivery slots available for North of the Tyne (28th May) and South of the Tyne (29th May) and offer free home delivery with a minimum order of £10.

We are located in the Metrocentre Upper Blue Mall opposite Primark and would love to see you. The hospitality industry has been hit hard over the last 14 months but we are hugely grateful to everyone who has supported us throughout the pandemic. The comeback is always stronger than the setback!
