🌟We’re hiring an Assistant Manager at The Cricketers, Shroton! 🌟

We’re looking for someone who enjoys pub life, is happy to get stuck in and can confidently lead a shift and look after our customers.

Hospitality experience is essential, ideally with some experience supervising a team. You’ll need to be reliable, use your initiative and keep a smile when it gets busy.

• £15–£17.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Minimum 30 hours a week — preferably full time
• Three days off each week
• Staff discounts

You must be over 18 and available to work weekends, as well as evenings and bank holidays.

The Pavilion is a stylish, self-contained studio in the picturesque Dorset village of Shroton. Set beside The Cricketers, a welcoming traditional village pub, it is ideal for couples, solo travellers or anyone exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside.

The bright, thoughtfully furnished studio includes a comfortable king bed, smart TV, dining area for two and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, sink, countertop oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a modern private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have their own private entrance and can enjoy food and drinks at The Cricketers, just steps from the accommodation. The Pavilion is within easy reach of Blandford Forum, Shaftesbury and the famous Gold Hill, with countryside walks, pretty villages and the Jurassic Coast all waiting to be explored.

We know that a Dorset getaway wouldn’t be complete without your four-legged friend!

The Pavilion is dog-friendly, so your canine companion can enjoy the stay with you. A dog bed and treats are provided.

The Cricketers is also a dog-friendly pub, where well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed. With beautiful countryside walks right on the doorstep, Shroton is the perfect base for exploring Dorset together.

Rory takes the keys to the refurbished Cross Keys pub in Nottingham! 🗝️

Our new Management Partner Rory Calladine has taken the reins at the popular city centre pub following a £100,000 investment.

🗨️"I was instantly drawn to the pub and as soon I discovered it was available in a partnership with Punch, I jumped at the chance." 🍍

Regular guests at The Cross Keys will instantly notice the pub’s traditional feel and special characteristics have been retained throughout but that a complete refresh has taken place. 💫

We have reopened the Keyworth Tavern following a quarter-of-a-million refurbishment 🔥

The Keyworth pub in Nottingham, run by our Management Partner John Francis, had been closed for 5 weeks while we tore out the bar, stripped the pub back and replaced everything with new, modern furnishings. 🤩

Great work by everyone involved in the transformation 🥂

Newly married couple Gareth and Jamie Furness have take the over The Bay Horse Inn in Pickering. 🔔

The pub has received a £400,000 investment and Gareth says it has been very well received by locals. 😃

“We are seeing more locals returning to the pub, faces that haven't been seen here for many years and we are seeing them on a regular basis... The refurb has really put The Bay Horse Inn back on the map and firmly at the heart of the Pickering community.” ❤️
