🌻 Exciting News! 🌻
We had a site visit today at Littleton Farm, and we're delighted to announce that Sunflowers at Blandford will now be opening on Friday 17th July at 10:00am – a whole week earlier than planned thanks to this gorgeous weather! ☀️🌻
If you haven't visited before, you'll find them just off the A354 between Blandford Forum and Thornicombe.
The sunflowers are looking fantastic, and we can't wait for everyone to enjoy them. Keep an eye on both pages for more updates, photos, and information over the coming days!

We're excited to be part of something special this summer! 🌻

We're delighted to be teaming up with Littleton Farm, Blandford St Mary, where their beautiful sunflower field is getting ready to bloom.

Just minutes from Blandford, it's the perfect place to enjoy the fresh countryside air, stroll through the stunning sunflowers, and make wonderful memories.

☕ LO's Coffee Pod will be there serving refreshments, so whether you're stopping by for a coffee, a cold drink, or a sweet treat, we'd love to see you.

Thanks to the recent sunshine, the sunflowers are coming on beautifully, and we're hoping the field will be ready to open mid to late July. We'll share the opening date as soon as it's confirmed.

The role involves serving coffee, ice creams, cold drinks, and other refreshments at a sunflower field near Blandford.
Details:

Start date: 24th July
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Week days & weekends

Own transport or the ability to get a lift is essential due to the location.

Experience is preferred, but we're happy to provide training for the right people.

What an incredible weekend at the Stone Circle Gravel Ride! 🚴☀️
We were proud to welcome around 500 cyclists to our pit stop, providing a vital water station at the 150km mark of the epic 230km route.
Riders could top up their water, enjoy a well-earned break, and treat themselves to an ice cream or a freshly brewed coffee before continuing their journey.
We also took our coffee pod to the start/finish at Old Sarum, Salisbury, a stunning venue within an English Heritage site. With the first riders setting off at 4:00am, it was great to send them on their way with a strong coffee to kick-start their adventure.
A huge thank you to our fantastic team, who worked tirelessly all weekend. There were some very long hours behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly, especially overnight and into the early hours, the planning and hard work helped make the whole weekend a success.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by and to the organisers for putting on such a brilliant event. We loved being part of the Stone Circle Gravel Ride and hope to see you all again next year! 🚴☕🍦👏

This has been one of the busiest event weekends we've had so far this year! And it's not even Saturday morning yet !

On Friday, the Coffee Pod spent the entire day at Salisbury, supporting the Stone Circle Festival and keeping riders fuelled with great coffee, food and plenty of encouragement.

Today (Saturday 27th June) started bright and early, with the team back at Salisbury from 3:00am serving coffee to the early morning riders taking on the big challenge. Meanwhile, back at R. Lukins & LO's in Pimperne, we will b hosting the 150km pit stop for the 220km ride, making it another incredibly busy day across both locations.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff and everyone who has helped throughout the weekend. Your hard work, dedication and teamwork have been incredible, we simply couldn't do it without you. ❤️

If you're visiting the coffee shop Saturday , please bear with us. We're doing our very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but there may be a slight delay on food and drinks during our busiest periods while we prepare orders during the Stone Circle Event.
