Hi Everyone,

Firstly June is on the mend, but has been told to rest, to behave 🤦‍♀️ and now has her appointment at the Cardiac Clinic for further tests.

Thank you for all the good wishes! ❤️

💔 Heartbreakingly, after many long discussions, we have decided to close the Café immediately.

✅The main reason in this decision is obviously June’s health but other mitigating reasons include our ages (both in our 70s), our failure to sell the business, our lease ending soon, (our landlord now wants to sell the property), Brexit, Covid, the cost of living crisis, inflation, continual price increases for all the produce we buy, rising energy prices and the severe downturn in footfall in Blairgowrie Town Centre.

✅It is extremely hard in today’s economic environment for all small independent businesses to survive, please help by spending locally!

✅We have been here for over 9 years and have built what has been a thriving business but sadly it is time to call it a day.

🙏We would especially like to thank our current staff, Suzanne, Olivia, Liuba, Helen & Olha for their dedication, good nature and extremely hard work; and all our old staff because without all of these lovely people we would not be the café we became.

🙏Thanks also goes to all our suppliers especially the locals for their support, most of whom we have dealt with from day one.

🙏Finally an UNBELIEVABLE THANKS to all our customers, many who have become friends, for all their loyalty and support since we opened in November 2014.
