Well, if you love coffee and you love ice cream, you're going to love this!!
It's one of our recent special desserts from our talented pastry chef, Christine, a home-made milk ice cream with roasted pistachios, served with a shot of espresso.
And it's not just any old espresso!
This is our own very special bespoke blend, named after us, the Dalmore Inn, and created by coffee business, Blendly.
We recently highlighted that we have worked with them for nine years.
Christine was tasked with coming up with a dessert which used their lovely coffee. It looks beautiful and tastes even better!!
