Good morning all.
I have been doing a survey with my customers on our Lorne Sausage Morning Rolls.
Looks like the original traditional method is the preferred....so from tomorrow please come and sample these as this will be my way forward on this Scottish iconic food.
So for tomorrow ONLY get yourself for £2.50 (normally £3) a hot freshly cooked Lorne roll (with onions if preferred).

Well that's the first week completed....

A massive learning curve and alot of help from you my customers.
Can I take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support in many, many, ways.

I will always make sure my products are freshly cooked and keep 'No Frills' as my new motto.
Will be adding a few more items to my menu over the next week or so...

Come see me this weekend from 8am to 3pm and Weekends days from 7.30 am.
Just up the Glenshee Road, outskirts of Rattray.

Cars and Bikers from all over Scotland and England. A glorious day and with plenty of parking the Bacon Rolls were flying out and eventually ran out of Square Sausage.
Such a great crowd... thank you all for stopping bye.
Cheesy Chips added to the menu due to popular request.

Free coffee until Midday tomorrow so come and say hello.
Weekdays from 7.30am
Weekends from 8am
Freshly baked Rolls with Bacon or Sausauge £3 (Black Pud, Tatties Scones)
Freshly brewed Coffee £2.50.
Burgers £3.50
Toasties, Chips, Baking and so much more...
We will be doing breakfast deals on Hot Rolls and Coffee Weekdays...until 11am.
DEAL £4.50 for Hot Fresh Roll of your choice with a Freshly Brewed Coffee of your choice.
If we don't have it please ask and will be getting it in for you for next time..
Come and take a nose over the weekend.

Our opening day is closing in on us fast.
Hope to have menu in the next few days.
Bacon Rolls, Rolls n Sausage, Coffee & Tea, Cold drinks, Chips, Chicken Nuggets, Toasties, Home baking etc and much, much more.
Don't forget free Tea or Coffee to everyone on opening Saturday until Midday.
Weekdays I will be open from 7.30am all year... yes even the cold winter days.
