Charlotte is taking on a walk to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society, a charity that means so much to so many families. 💙

Alzheimer’s affects not only the person living with it, but their loved ones too. Watching someone you love change because of this devastating disease is incredibly difficult, and sadly, so many families know that feeling all too well.

That’s why Charlotte has decided to do this walk and raise as much as she can to help Alzheimer’s Society continue their amazing work — supporting people affected by Alzheimer’s and their families, while also helping fund vital research. 🫶
