Today we’re giving a little shoutout to Alfie and the brilliant XI team.

We’re so proud of the people who make every visit feel welcoming, from friendly service to sharing the story behind our restored art-deco building.

“Stopped in for a beverage on a very warm Sunday afternoon. Plenty of staff, all available to answer questions and provide service. Alfie was wonderful and shared the history of the restoration of the previous building. Really pleasant! We’ll definitely come back for food next time. The art-deco decor is marvellous, and we’re really looking forward to seeing this place in the evening with the lighting. Good job so far, folks!”

On Monday 17th August, we’ll be opening slightly later at 12 noon as we’re taking some time in the morning to treat our XI team and show our appreciation for all their hard work.

We’re incredibly proud of the team behind XI and wanted to make sure we took a moment to say thank you properly.

“What an asset to Blackpool! In such a great position on the promenade, such a beautiful sea. The whole team made our experience absolutely amazing. The kitchen and bar team were brilliant, drinks were absolutely on point, every little detail from the glass, to the ice, to the garnish.
