Had a request today about our amazing home made Scotch Eggs…

Could we do a Breakfast Scotch Egg? 🤔
So tomorrow I’m going to give them a try 😍
“What is a Breakfast Scotch Egg?” you may be wondering…
Well, it’s the same idea as our homemade Scotch Eggs, but with bacon wrapped around the egg first, then covered in our homemade sausage meat 🤤🥓🥚
Then coated in our not so secret crumb lol
Sounds amazing to me 😋

UPDATE on the Sausages 🌭
Ok so we have finally got the mix just right 😍
Lots of trial and error… and plenty of taste testing 😂
We’ve just had to order another nozzle as the one that came with the machine is too wide, so fingers crossed Saturday will be the day we go live with our very own homemade sausages 🤞
🍔 BURGERS 🍔
Well what can I say… absolutely amazing.
So juicy, no shrinking, just 2 cuts of prime beef mixed together with a little salt and pepper.
Honestly like eating a steak!
And the best bit… we don’t charge silly prices 👌
🔥 Proper 4oz homemade burger only £4
🧀 Add proper mature grated cheese for just 50p
🍟 Add chips for only £1.50

BIG NEWS at Butty Junction 😍

The sausage machine has arrived, so it looks like a late night tonight making our brand new HOME MADE sausages 🌭
Fresh pork, proper seasoning and made right here in the shop — no mass produced rubbish, just quality homemade food done properly.

We honestly can’t wait for you all to try them 👌
