We did it! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏅

Yesterday, our team took part in the Beaverbrooks Blackpool 10K Fun Run in aid of Trinity Hospice, and what an amazing day it was!
​
This year’s run was especially meaningful to us as we also wanted to run in honour and memory of our dear friend, Ken, who sadly passed away this time last year 💔
​
Ken was humble, kind-hearted and absolutely hilarious - a man loved by so many and deeply missed by us all every single day. He was always there to support us and we just know he would’ve been there in some silly outfit, cheering us on and making everyone laugh if he could still be with us today 💚
​
We’d also like to say a huge thank you to his wife Ruby and the rest of the family for travelling all the way from Northallerton to support us and this wonderful cause. A special shoutout as well to Nigel for organising our team and keeping us all motivated! And Sara, Lionel & little Edward for their fundraising efforts!
​
Thank you to the organisers, sponsors, volunteers and marshals for making such a fantastic event possible.
​
And lastly, a massive well done to every member of our team, plus all the family and friends who either took part or came along to support. We’re incredibly proud to have been involved in something so meaningful 🩵
​
Our legs are definitely feeling it today, so we’re very thankful for the day off 😂 But we’ll be back ready to serve you from tomorrow as usual!
