Please join us in welcoming Jess, our newest member of the Ma Kelly’s station team❤️

To help everyone get the best possible service from Jess, we thought we’d share a few very important tips:

☝️ Please do snap your fingers at Jess. She absolutely LOVES it and it makes her serve you much, much quicker.

💰 Please have a pocketful of loose change ready. Nothing makes a bartender happier than counting out 47 separate coins while the queue gets longer.

🍻 When Jess is serving someone else, feel free to shout your order over them. She definitely enjoys trying to remember three conversations at once.

👀 If she walks past you without serving you don’t worry, just stare at her intensely. That always helps.

🍺 And if you’re ordering a Guinness… PLEASE make it last. Because obviously the best possible time to order a Guinness is after Jess has poured everyone else’s drinks and is ready to move on. Nothing she enjoys more than waiting for that pint to settle. And settle. And settle…
