So, especially for the day, we've created…

Just look at the colours in our Beef Brisket Donburi—it’s a poke bowl, only warmer, richer and gloriously indulgent!

Gorgeous fatty beef brisket, cooked slowly for hours until it falls apart—and yes, the soft, melt-in-the-mouth fat is the BEST bit! 🤤

Loaded with fiery homemade kimchi, bright pink vegetable pickles, green edamame beans, pak choi and a classic fried runny egg, then drizzled with spring onion sweet soy.

Break that golden yolk, mix it all together and tuck in. Colourful, comforting and absolutely blooming delicious! 🥢🍳
