As we reflect on the past year, we want to say a sincere thank you to all of our wonderful customers. Your support hasn’t just been about visiting us, it’s played a vital role in the growth and development of our trainee chefs and front of house learners.
Every visit, every kind word, and every bit of encouragement has helped build confidence, skills, and passion in the next generation of hospitality professionals. You’ve been part of their journey, and that’s something truly special. 💛
As we take a little time to recharge over the summer, we’ll also be busy behind the scenes, planning exciting new menus and themes that we can’t wait to share with you.
In the meantime, our booking system is now open for early bird reservations, so you can secure your spot ahead of the new academic year. When we reopen on 15th September, we’ll begin at a slightly reduced capacity as our new learners settle in, gradually increasing week by week. So don’t miss out!
We’re so excited for what’s to come and to welcome fresh talent into our kitchens and front of house. Thank you for continuing to be part of this journey with us.
