Proud Moment for Mr G’s Highfield! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today we were officially awarded a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating following an unannounced Health & Safety inspection.

After a recent customer complaint, the authorities carried out a full inspection, and we’re proud that our hygiene, food safety, and operating standards were found to meet the highest level.

This 5-star rating reflects the hard work and dedication of our amazing team, who work tirelessly every day to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and trust Mr G’s Highfield. We look forward to serving you with the same high standards every day! ❤️

A Statement from Mr G’s Highfield

We are aware of a social media post containing serious allegations about our food.

At Mr G’s Highfield, food hygiene and customer safety have always been our highest priorities. We take every complaint seriously and fully cooperate with the relevant authorities.

After reviewing the images shared online, we would like to point out that the fork shown in the photographs is not one used by our takeaway.
Furthermore, if the object shown had genuinely come from freshly cooked, hot food, it would not have remained alive and would be expected to be covered in sauce or food residue. The images do not appear to be consistent with that scenario.

We are confident that the official investigation will establish the facts. Until then, we kindly ask everyone to avoid making judgments based solely on social media posts.

Thank you to all of our loyal customers for your continued trust and support. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

“The truth will come out through the official investigation. We remain committed to serving our customers with the highest standards of food safety and quality.”

A Special Giveaway in Memory of Our Dad ❤️Ceylan Çelebi 🙏

Last Monday, we sadly lost our beloved father.

In his honour, we’d like to spread a little kindness by giving away 2 tickets to see Pitbull.

We would love these tickets to go to a parent and child (or someone who genuinely can’t afford to go but would love the opportunity to experience the concert together).

As an extra treat, we’d also like to invite the winners to Mr G’s Lytham for a meal before or after the show, on us. 🍕❤️

If you know someone who deserves this special day, please tag them below or send us a message telling us why they should be chosen.

We’ll choose a winner soon.

Thank you all for your love and support during this difficult time.

Love
Mr & Mrs G ❤️🙏
