Here at Khyber we believe our Kebabs are some of the best in Blackburn, using fresh quality ingredients from meats, bread, salad and sauces, they are packed full of deliciousness and satisfying flavours, with value for money as our kebabs are packed with all your favourites.

💥So let’s start off with our Nan Breads, the base of your kebab:

Our dough for our Nan Breads is made fresh everyday, it’s a secret family recipe known only by a few, using some of the best flour and ingredients in the catering trade. We cook our Nan Breads in a Clay Oven, which gives our bread the perfect crunch and softness, the perfect base for your juicy kebab meat.

💥 Our meat

All of our meat used in our kebabs is cooked fresh upon order, we don’t hot hold any meat longer than 5 minutes, ensuring you receive the perfect juicy kebab. Our Donner Meat is one the best Donner in the catering trade, cooked perfectly it’s some of the juiciest meat available.
Our Chicken and Shish is marinated in house, using hand blended spices and marinades, they are perfectly spiced to be enjoyed by all, leaving a pleasant taste on your palate.

💥 Our salad

Our salad is a mix of Cabbage, Red Onions, Lettuce and Carrots, we cut our salad twice daily, meaning it’s fresh, crisp and crunchy salad to accompany your kebab.

💥 Our sauces

Most of our sauces are made in house, the most popular being Garlic Sauce, Chilli Sauce and 1000 Island Sauce, with a range of other sauces available, they are all perfect on our kebabs.

We recently introduced our new CURRY BOXES, which have been very very popular, so popular that our kitchen has struggled with demand at peak times. So to ensure we can continue to serve our quality food our customers deserve, we will be limiting the options from which you can choose from, this is a decision we haven’t taken lightly but something we need to do, to ensure we can continue to serve food of the highest quality.
