Scholars Restaurant at Blackburn College is a respected training venue known for encouraging creativity and the development of their students.

Together, the three finalists highlight the innovation, passion and professionalism shaping the future of hospitality. The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards will take place on 10th June at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, we look forward to hearing the result.
