Good morning friends, this week we had to make another one of them hard decisions. We've always said that opening this new venture, wasn't all about money. We've loved the interaction with everyone that's walked in. To offer a different option for non vegetarians and vegetarians/vegans, it's been tough in all areas. There's only been a handful of night, when it looked like we could make it work. We've put everything into this and the revenue has dried out, we've even taken on part time job to keep things going. As our life's been under stress, we need to take a bit of time out to get things back on track. We are going to weigh up our options and review this venture, may be a revised menu and going full vegan. Please don't tell people that we've closed down, we just need time out to sort things out. We will take the break after this week and possibly be looking for a part time job to pay for Christmas. We will be back hopefully better, maybe before Christmas or after.

Good morning friends, the weather's getting cold now so keep warm everyone. We kind of got a challenge on our hands, it's a tough one. Vietnamese shaking beef plant based form, we'll start looking at substitutes soon, the finished product will be posted soon. Good luck to me lol
