Marinated chicken breast and spicy spanish sausage, with red onions and peppers, drizzled with chipotle, tomato, onion & garlic glaze.

⚔️ THE STEAK SWORD
Chunks of ribeye steak cooked medium or well, with mushrooms & peppers, marinated in a sweet asian soy, ginger and sesame BBQ glaze.

⚔️ THE HALLOUMI SWORD
Chargrilled halloumi with peppers and onions and basted with sweet chilli jam.
