A little introduction for anyone new around here.

We’re Petrucci’s, an independent pizzeria based inside Eat17 on Potter Street in Bishop’s Stortford.

We’re here for handmade dough, authentic Italian flavours and pizzas baked in our stone oven. But Petrucci’s doesn’t stop at pizza. There’s pasta for lunch, our pizza van heading out to events, and even our own honey harvested from our hives and turned into homemade hot honey.

A lot goes on behind the scenes. It all comes back to making food we genuinely care about.

🍯 Our Summer Honey Harvest is complete! 🍯

We’ve been working hard this year, producing our very own chilli-infused ‘Hot Honey’ from the bees that help make our pizzas so special. 🌶️🐝🍕

We have a small surplus that will shortly be available to purchase in its natural, raw state, as well as in its chilli-infused form

This supply is very limited — and rather rare. The majority of our harvest will be reserved for our much-loved Pepperoni & Hot Honey pizzas for the coming year. 🔥🍕

This ‘Single Estate’ honey comes exclusively from our hives at the beautiful Bailey Hills Estate orchard. (A huge thank you to BaileyHillsWine for allowing us to house our hives there this year. 🐝🌳)

This exceptionally pale ‘Extra White’ honey is produced by bees foraging locally on wildflowers, lime trees, hawthorn and white clover.

The result is a wonderfully delicate yet complex honey — lightly floral, gently rhubarb-sweet, with subtle botanical notes and a delicate menthol finish.
