Traybake and matching cupcakes for Ellie’s birthday!

This is my third year making Ellie’s birthday cake and it’s such a privilege to be asked again. I love seeing the changing themes, or reoccurring themes (disco balls here 😂) 🥰

A bold pirate-inspired birthday cake featuring a black ship, blue ocean buttercream icing, treasure, handmade chocolate shells and octopus tentacles—perfect for a celebratory voyage at sea!

I was given free rein on this cake to come up with a grown-up pirates themed cake! I absolutely loved making it… all handmade by me…

This was an 8” chocolate cake at the bottom and a 6” white chocolate and raspberry on top. Each one filled with delicious buttercream and then covered with my signature chocolate ganache.

Book me for your special occasion and take the stress out of planning your cake. I design it, I make it and I can even deliver it for you. 🥰

It’s been a minute since I posted anything 🤣

I’m so behind with posting pics of cakes, so I’ll try and share some of my favourites from before the summer!

Stranger things traybake! Smarties came in very handy to make this… sometimes you can use something simple to great effect!!
