Welcome to The Red Alligator, a friendly village pub serving food prepared from fresh locally sourced ingredients. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ❤️

As the owner of The Red Alligator for the past 8 years, I have had to make the very difficult decision to temporarily close the premises for a short period of time.

For the past 8 weeks, we have been trying to get the gas meter reinstalled. Unfortunately, the meter was removed due to the previous tenants not paying the gas bill, and despite our efforts, we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

I don’t want to continue operating while we are unable to provide the quality of food and service that our customers deserve due to the lack of essential resources.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. This has not been an easy decision, and I really appreciate your continued support, patience and understanding.

We hope to be back open again very soon and will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
