Hello guys we sorry to inform we no longer gonna use JUST EAT platform There customer service is very appalling so if you would like to use FOODUB and FEEDME they still work just that the prices has increased on JUST EAT with feees and commission and we had to put our prices up but the other platform don’t have stupid commission so they haven’t increased as much as JUSTEAT. Thank you for your understand and ENJOY the rest of the day 😇😇

Sorry for tonight guy yes we been busy and yes our driver is okey and he had a little crash everyone was okey and I would like to say sorry if there was any lateness we did not expect the busyness and slippery road to back us up in the heat of moment I would like to say thanks you for your patients please contact me if there was any problems only thing we had issues was the lateness I hope the food was good and thank you understand our driver is the best kept pushing after the crash I would like to say thanks to him as well and enjoy your night

Hello guys as a small business owner we may have some challenges with many different type of customer those who talk and get a response back from us and we try to communicate as professional as we can and yes we are human we make mistake sometimes and specially when involving new training staff and once busy we might make a mistake but today we had one of those days. here is a lady who got her refunded money from just eat read below and unfortunately we don’t owe just eat it is a platform that send us orders and they take the money and they give us after they take their commission and other fees. The mistake was staff member slightly cooked the pizza and we have done everything our side correctly and even called JUSTEAT for her to get her money back
