This pizza is a tribute to the late, great Anthony Bourdain, and his favourite sandwich, as described in his 2016 cookbook Appetites.

Topped with mortadella, provolone cheese, and a nippy homemade dijonnaise, this pizza provides some basic but strong flavours, which I have tried to translate over on to a pizza. Hopefully you enjoy :)

Hi folks, here are this coming week’s pizza pop-up deets:

Tuesday @ car park of The Anglers Inn, Guildtown from 4-7pm (or until sold out)

Wednesday @ Birnam Arts from 4-8pm

Thursday @ Birnam Arts from 4-7pm (or until sold out)

No pop-up this Friday as we have a private event, so we will be at the BA on Wednesday instead. Wednesday is also the day of the sold out Newton Faulkner gig at the Birnam Arts, which should be great!

Very happy to announce that we are going to be trialling a couple of plant-based, allergen free ingredients on our menu! We will now have plant-based mozzarella and pepperoni from Casadei Foods available as add ons. Your feedback is greatly appreciated :)
