Showcased in 2011 at Pilot Nights, feedback included indications that audiences would like to see certain scenes/relationships in the play developed further (e.g. All of our work is based on thoroughly researched and accurate material, experiences, thoughts and opinions so we are would like your thoughts/contributions about the subject matter in order that we can gather material to develop the existing script. "I desperately wanted the characters to be able to talk to each other directly and believe this would be possible whilst retaining Evie's sense of isolation. In the piece's development I would love to see it gain a more nuanced sense of each character. So you can see the mother as both tortured by her child's condition and uncomprehending of it, Evie some one you care for who drives you nuts with frustration, the Psychiatrist as someone protecting themselves behind a wall of professionalism......
There are some beautiful images in the writing that caused me to think of this subject - which I have seen addressed on stage many times - in a fresh way......."
