English w**e week and an England game this weekend feels like the perfect time to do this beautiful traditional method sparkling by the glass.

Winding Wood Vineyard are situated in West Berkshire and planted on free draining loam over flint and chalk, ideal soil for growing grapes.

This w**e is made from the classic Ch*****ne varieties and undergoes two fermentations, the second on its yeast lees in bottle for a minimum of two years before being discorged.
