English wine week and an England game this weekend feels like the perfect time to do this beautiful traditional method sparkling by the glass.

Winding Wood Vineyard are situated in West Berkshire and planted on free draining loam over flint and chalk, ideal soil for growing grapes.

This wine is made from the classic Champagne varieties and undergoes two fermentations, the second on its yeast lees in bottle for a minimum of two years before being discorged.

This one is for the smoke lovers. Shlenkerla have been producing beers out of Bamberg, Geramny since 1405. This Märzen is smoked over beechwood, resulting in a stunning ruby brown colour, intense smoke flavour and deep, rounded & moorish beer.
