We wanted to write to you directly to keep you informed of the steps we’ve briefed our team at Nafees Restaurant to take, following the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), to ensure we are prepared for all scenarios. We’d like to reassure you that we take food and store hygiene very seriously, as evidenced by our Hygiene Rating.
The safety and wellbeing of both our customers and our team is our number one priority, and based on the latest Public Health England guidelines we’ve put enhanced health and hygiene measures in place across Nafees restaurant to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit, including:
Frequent sanitising of all items you might have contact with in our restaurant including tables, chairs, door handles, taps, bathroom surfaces, menus, cutlery, crockery and counters.
We’ve briefed our drivers on the virtues of contactless delivery. If you would like a contactless exchange, please notify the relevant store via order notes, or by calling the store direct.
We are keeping a close eye on all of our team members to ensure they are fit and healthy
If you do feel unwell, we ask that you stay at home to recuperate where you can enjoy your favourite curries from the comfort of your own home. You can utilise Justeat & UberEAts to place an order from us also.
As always, we look forward to welcoming you to and should the service feel a little different from usual or your order take a moment or two longer, it is with your safety and well-being in mind.
