Our duck goes through the full treatment when cooked :
- Brined for a day & seasoned with our house duck spice
- Steamed for 45 Minutes
- Finished with a sweet bean based Sichuan wine sauce

Served pink, cooked twice for that perfect texture and paired with our house fennel salad, roasted carrots, house pickles, sesame & a cured egg yolk
