Tonkotsu Bar and Ramen We're located in the Selfridges Food Hall in the Bullring Shopping Centre on Level 1. Head towards the east end of the shopping centre to find us.

Birmingham New Street train station is only a 5 minute walk away and there are lots of bus routes nearby. There are also car parks in the Bullring. We're located in the Selfridges Food Hall on the upper level of the Bullring, so head towards the east end of the mall to find us.

We’re very proud of this award, everyone at Tonkotsu contributes to the family culture. Hospitality is packed full of amazingly talented people; we are lucky to have so many of them in our restaurants, and the brilliant support team around them who understands have can’t look after our guests until we’ve looked after each other.
